💼 About This Role

You'll own liquidity and financial risk posture at a defence AI company, working at the intersection of day-to-day operations and long-term capital strategy. You'll drive digitisation and automation of the treasury function to scale with rapid growth. This role has high visibility with senior leadership and key strategic milestones like IPO readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own short-, medium- and long-term liquidity planning at entity and group level
• Lead IPO readiness workstream from treasury perspective
• Manage daily cash flows and global bank account portfolio
• Identify and mitigate financial risks using hedging instruments
• Build relationships with banking partners and negotiate terms

📋 Requirements

• Corporate treasury experience in an international company or relevant banking environment
• Deep practical knowledge of cash management, international payments, and financial risk hedging
• Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (e.g. Kyriba, FIS, Bellin/Coupa, SAP TRM) - no numeric year specified
• Fluency in both English and German

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing a new Treasury Management System from scratch
• Familiarity with capital market transaction structuring or M&A treasury integration
• Professional qualifications like CTP or CFA
• Prior experience in defence, deep tech, or high-growth environment
