You'll own the QA engineering function end-to-end at a Web3 startup building crypto payment infrastructure. Your core impact is architecting automation frameworks and embedding quality into the development lifecycle. This role stands out for its AI-first approach and deep Web3 focus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect end-to-end test automation frameworks using Playwright
• Design test strategies for UI, API, smart contracts, and wallet flows
• Write tests for Web3 user journeys like wallet connection and transaction signing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor health
• Identify coverage gaps and drive continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of QA engineering with automation focus
• Deep hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript or Python
• Experience designing and scaling test frameworks from scratch
• Working knowledge of Web3 concepts like wallets, transaction signing, smart contracts
