Description

You will scope, design, and build complex security systems end to end, identifying systematic risks through threat modeling and building controls to address them. You'll mentor engineers, enable other teams to build security solutions, and shape security engineering culture at Anthropic working on greenfield projects.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of software engineering experience with deep security expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
• Strong programming skills in Python or a systems language (Go, Rust, C/C++)
• Deep understanding of identity systems, cryptographic primitives, and secrets management
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes security primitives
