Description

As a Product Owner in the Automation team, you'll gather requirements, manage backlog, plan releases, and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to drive automation initiatives. You'll ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• 2-3 years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, consultant, or developer in tech environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
• Effective communication in English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into specifications
• Manage backlog, prioritize features, and plan releases
• Work with development team to set delivery timelines and mitigate risks
• Define acceptance criteria and collaborate during QA
• Monitor and report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
