You will manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality software for the e-commerce platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of QA experience in software engineering
• Deep understanding of QA processes and testing techniques
• Proven experience leading QA teams in agile environments
• Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
