💼 About This Role

You'll recruit, lead, and grow a team of Direct Sales Representatives to put M-KOPA's products into the hands of customers in your community. Your impact is measured by team performance and local relationships that drive sales. This role combines hands-on field leadership with the mission of expanding financial inclusion across Africa.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and build your own team of Direct Sales Representatives
• Coach team members and hold them accountable to performance standards
• Develop local networks to open up new sales opportunities
• Manage DSR inventory and submit weekly activity reports

📋 Requirements

• Track record in field sales (retail, fibre, insurance, or comparable)
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of agents or representatives
• Proven ability to build local networks and drive sales independently
• Strong skills in team coaching, inventory management, and reporting

• Community knowledge in Mamelodi or Pretoria area
