• Conduct full patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Case manage patient episodes with an interdisciplinary team.
• Administer IV medications and manage complex treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and document clinical notes.

📋 Requirements

• Current CA RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid CA Driver's License.
• High level of clinical knowledge in home health care.
