🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate qualified patient referrals from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities
• Develop and grow a book of accounts to increase referral volume
• Educate families on senior care options and coordinate with advisors
• Leverage CRM reports to manage pipeline and track performance

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience as individual contributor
• Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
• Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams
