💼 About This Role

You'll drive Tagup's growth across the Department of Defense logistics ecosystem, shaping go-to-market strategy and managing a robust opportunity pipeline. You'll own pursuit strategy and proposal execution to win AI-driven logistics and predictive maintenance programs. This role combines defense acquisition expertise with technical fluency in data and AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead BD, capture, and proposal from qualification through award.
• Manage capture budgets, color-team reviews, and proposal schedules.
• Own pricing strategy for compliant, competitive, profitable bids.
• Build and manage multi-year pipeline using GovWin and CRM.
• Develop senior relationships with DoD program offices and partners.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of defense acquisition/business development experience.
• Proven wins in logistics, sustainment, or AI/ML domains.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, OTA authorities, and SBIR/STTR.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with defense logistics information systems.
• Experience leading BD teams in a growth-stage startup.
