🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a high-performing engineering team driving product-led growth initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in management.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong technical foundation in Node.js, Ruby on Rails, React, AWS (Lambda/Terraform), and Datadog.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with AI-first tools like Claude and Cursor.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
