You'll lead end-to-end financial operations for a fast-growing e-commerce company, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. You'll partner with executives to drive data-driven decisions and improve processes in a remote-first setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Prepare and present financial statements and management reports
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models for strategic planning

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience including 3–5 years as Controller
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce or inventory-based business
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
