As an Operations Lead at ALO, you'll drive store profitability and efficiency by managing inventory accuracy, executing operational functions like shipment and floor set updates, and championing visual standards. You'll work closely with the Operations Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and support a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies, escalating process gaps
• Manage shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor replenishment, and supply management
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Support safe work environment through efficient stockroom standards
