You'll provide process support and drive continuous improvement of customer experience at semiconductor customer sites. You'll manage new product installations and lead site startups to exceed customer expectations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and identify current and future customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience.
• Manage new product installs and subsequent process development.
• Lead new site start up and planning/risk assessment.

📋 Requirements

• Master degree or above.
• Solid technical knowledge in semiconductor industry, preferably CVD/ALD/Furnace/EPI.
• Experience supporting complex instrumentation and applications.
• Ability to collaborate with others to find the best solutions.
