You'll lead strategic sourcing for critical components and assemblies powering Heron Link, partnering with cross-functional leaders to build a resilient supply base. You'll drive product cost optimization and supplier performance to ensure commercial success. This role offers the chance to shape supply chain strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own category strategies for key components and assemblies.
• Achieve cost targets through should-cost modeling and negotiations.
• Lead RFx processes and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage business risk through scenario assessment and supplier readiness.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement for high volume manufacturing
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Deep category knowledge across mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical components
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with power semiconductors or grid-related power electronics
• Supplier development for medium voltage (34.5kV) equipment
• Data analysis skills with Tableau or PowerBI
