You'll lead a sales team selling QR & Soundbox products to merchants in Hubli, driving business growth through on-the-ground distribution and channel management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 5+ sales executives to achieve merchant acquisition targets
• Manage channel partner relationships and distribution network
• Drive daily field sales activities and monitor performance metrics
• Train and motivate team to earn lucrative incentives

📋 Requirements

• More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution sales
• Team handling experience of at least 5 members
• Good with Excel and data tools for sales reporting
• Must have smartphone, bike and helmet for field work

• Experience in merchant onboarding or fintech sales
• Graduate or post-graduate degree
