🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with executive team to identify business opportunities and risks

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of total finance experience
• 5+ years as CFO or SVP/VP of Finance at a software company
• 4+ years in Big 4 accounting or investment banking
• Experience leading M&A diligence and integration
