Description

Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations for older adults and individuals with disabilities to improve home safety and independence. Deliver personalized home modification recommendations and educate clients on fall prevention.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years clinical experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Proficiency with technology and digital documentation

Responsibilities
