🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide first-level support for LDOC systems incidents.
• Respond and restore LC2IS, NCOP, LOGFAS, and other systems.
• Support Cisco WebEx, MS Teams for digital/hybrid events.
• Provide end user device support with 30-minute response time.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of general IT experience in system administration.
• MS Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL Server experience.
• Experience in network diagnostics and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of system software installation and maintenance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NATO-specific C2 systems like Sitaware or LOGFAS.
• Certifications in CCNA or Microsoft Server.
• Experience with VoSIP and telephone systems.
