🎯 What You'll Do

• Designing machine learning algorithms for survey collection
• Running experiments to improve respondent engagement
• Building survey data quality monitoring systems
• Applying statistics, ML, and AI to proprietary data

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist
• Deep understanding of statistics (frequentist and Bayesian)
• Strong fluency in SQL, Python, and R

• Experience with operational research or experimentation
• Experience with classical machine learning
