💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch, a retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help the management team with daily operations and sales targets. This role combines customer service with operational duties like opening/closing the store and managing transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Support planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
