💼 About This Role

You'll own the Velocity segment demand generation strategy for Americas at Stripe, driving pipeline for SMB and mid-market companies. You'll build cross-functional campaigns and optimize channel mix to accelerate growth in a high-priority segment. This role offers significant impact on Stripe's GTM organization and autonomy to pursue creative marketing ideas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Tailor global campaigns for Velocity prospects through digital channels
• Build region-specific marketing activations with channel leads
• Partner with performance media experts to acquire and re-engage prospects
• Own revenue metrics and analyze funnel conversion and pipeline health

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in scaled digital demand generation programs
• GTM ownership of a velocity, SMB, or mid-market segment at a B2B company
• Experience building multi-channel demand generation strategies and owning integrated digital activations
• Proven track record analyzing marketing performance metrics from GTM data

• Fluency with AI including native AI tooling and LLM integration
• Experience with partner marketing or ecosystem-led growth motions
• Experience marketing to SMB (sub-100 employee) and mid-market (100-1,000 employee) companies
