Description

You will drive the development, design, and testing of autonomy systems for drones, owning team building, execution, and launching systems at scale. Amplify pilot effectiveness and define the product roadmap across multiple systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years industry experience in fast-paced startup environment
• Experience building embedded software for autonomous systems
• Experience with controls engineering, state estimation, vision
• Proficiency in non-linear controls or motion planning
• Experience with sensor fusion (IMU, GPS, cameras)

Responsibilities

• Drive development, design, and testing of autonomous systems
• Own full-stack systems and roadmap for autonomy implementation
• Build and lead cross-discipline software engineering teams
• Define scope of autonomy products and work across teams through production
• Test and validate state estimation solutions in simulated and real-world environments
