💼 About This Role

You'll join the team responsible for the data infrastructure powering decisions for over 250 internal users. You will engineer the platform itself, migrating orchestration to Kubernetes, implementing strict data contracts, and building self-service tooling. This hands-on role directly impacts the reliability and quality of data at Mollie, a fast-growing European fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Migrate governance tooling to DataHub on GKE
• Build self-service tooling and CI/CD pipelines for data models
• Enhance data observability with data contracts and monitoring
• Optimize GCP infrastructure for cost and performance

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Platform Engineering
• Strong coding skills in Python and proficiency in Terraform and SQL
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Experience with data orchestration tools like Airflow

• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code
