📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, AI/ML, or hardware roles
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve hiring
