As an Early Intervention OT, you will partner with families using a coaching-based approach, empower caregivers, and deliver therapy in natural environments like homes and childcare settings. Enjoy a flexible schedule and the support of a dedicated team.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support child development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments (homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries)
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
