You'll serve as a trusted partner to mid-market construction firms, owning training, adoption, retention, and expansion. You'll ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes with our AI-powered product and relay feedback to product teams. This is a unique opportunity to be an early CS team member and shape processes and systems from scratch.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define success with customers and onboard them
- Own relationships and proactively create more value
- Relay feedback to product and engineering teams
- Push for upsells, testimonials, and case studies
- Create CS playbooks, support materials, and workflows
