💼 About This Role

You'll provide therapeutic support to students receiving specialized services due to Emotional Disturbance or Other Health Impairments. You'll deliver individual and group counseling, facilitate social-emotional skill development, and collaborate with educators to implement behavioral support strategies. This full-time role for the 2026/27 school year is with a public charter network serving over 14,000 students in Philadelphia and Camden.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual counseling for students based on their IEPs
• Plan and facilitate social-emotional skill development classes
• Lead small therapeutic groups to support emotional and behavioral needs
• Develop and monitor social, emotional, and behavioral IEP goals

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Minimum of three years providing individual and group therapy
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and functional behavioral assessments
• Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention

✨ Nice to Have

• Successful experience with students with Emotional Support needs
• Experience leading a class and implementing classroom management strategies
• PA LSW, LCSW, or LPC (or NJ LSW/LCSW)
