💼 About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for $20K–$50K deals with Series A/B startups at a YC-backed AI-native CRM company. You'll mine product-led growth data to convert high-intent accounts into closed revenue, shaping the sales playbook from scratch. This is a founding role with no existing team, but real demand.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Run full sales cycle for $20K–$50K deals with 30-day cycles
- Work existing pipeline of active accounts and layer in targeted outbound
- Build pilot templates, mutual action plans, and sales collateral
- Synthesize prospect feedback into actionable insights for product and GTM
📋 Requirements
- Proven track record of closing $20K+ deals in a B2B SaaS startup
- Experience selling to VP Sales or RevOps at 20–250 person companies
- Ability to manage full-cycle sales from discovery to close
- Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy environment without a playbook
