💼 About This Role

You'll own go-to-market for stablecoin-based payment products at a global fintech platform. You'll close high-value deals with CFOs and Treasury leaders, driving adoption of faster settlement and lower FX costs. This role offers the chance to shape a new product line at a Y Combinator-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Acquire new clients through outbound strategies and cross-selling
  • Manage full sales cycle for stablecoin solutions: prospecting to expansion
  • Sell value at CFO/Head of Treasury level with FX economics and settlement improvements
  • Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Compliance

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience closing mid-market and enterprise deals
  • Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, or blockchain infrastructure
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury)

  • Network of B2B relationships in export/import, e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS
  • Experience using CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
