You'll lead the commercial technical innovation stream for Europe's fastest-growing online grocery platform, replacing manual workflows with AI-powered solutions. Your work will directly impact pricing, assortment, and promotions across multiple countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy for pricing, promotions, and supplier interfaces
• Oversee delivery of multiple cross-functional innovations in parallel
• Mentor product engineers and coordinate with stakeholders
• Lead pilots and A/B tests to validate hypotheses

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management or commercial topics
• Experience with commercial retail processes
• Proven success leading product teams in high-growth environments
• Experience with AI-driven systems and prototyping

• Experience with agentic tools
• Fluent in European languages other than English
• Based in Prague
