You'll provide behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. You'll implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA support. Work in a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model with experts across multiple therapies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
• Reliable transportation to travel within 30-40 minute radius
