📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading social media and content strategy with measurable results
• Proven track record managing small teams of 3-5 people and external contractors
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and growth tactics
• Fluency in English and passion for Web3 and AI-driven marketing
