💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of drivers and dispatchers to coordinate transportation for participants, ensuring they receive essential care. You'll oversee vehicle safety and scheduling, directly impacting participant wellbeing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage transportation staff including hiring, training, and mentoring
• Oversee vehicle safety compliance and maintenance schedules
• Schedule transportation services for maximum efficiency
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 4 years of experience in public/private transportation setting
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license for 5 years with no more than one violation/accident in 3 years

✨ Nice to Have

• Passenger (P) Endorsement on driver's license
• Experience with ADA accessible vehicles
