You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is helping train new recruits and supporting daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll work in a fun environment with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product using approved equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
