Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites, diagnosing and troubleshooting systems, performing maintenance, and responding to service calls. This is a fast-paced, self-directed role requiring extensive daily travel in the Daytona Beach area.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must pass DOT physical and comply with OSHA/FCC/FAA/EPA standards

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC system components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls, including emergency call outs, in a timely manner
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
