πΌ About This Role
You'll drive data-driven decision-making within the Performance Campaigns team at Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform. You'll own the full BI cycle, from defining key product metrics to shaping the product roadmap through ad-hoc analysis and self-serve tools. This role offers a chance to work with agentic AI and influence the future of performance advertising.
π― What You'll Do
- Drive adoption of standardized key product metrics across the company
- Assess product release success by defining and monitoring relevant metrics
- Shape the product roadmap through close collaboration with Product Managers
- Build self-serve BI tools and provide documented business models
π Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools (warehouse, datamarts, dataviz, etc.)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience with modern data warehousing (BigQuery, SnowFlake, Redshift, etc.)
- Experience in the digital advertising industry
