You'll drive data-driven decision-making within the Performance Campaigns team at Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform. You'll own the full BI cycle, from defining key product metrics to shaping the product roadmap through ad-hoc analysis and self-serve tools. This role offers a chance to work with agentic AI and influence the future of performance advertising.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive adoption of standardized key product metrics across the company
  • Assess product release success by defining and monitoring relevant metrics
  • Shape the product roadmap through close collaboration with Product Managers
  • Build self-serve BI tools and provide documented business models

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools (warehouse, datamarts, dataviz, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Experience with modern data warehousing (BigQuery, SnowFlake, Redshift, etc.)
  • Experience in the digital advertising industry
