You'll handle inbound calls and emails from customers to place orders, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot service issues for MetTel's products. You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive client experience and will collaborate with leadership to improve processes.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
  • Document all call information according to standard procedures.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years customer service experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work swing shift (11am-8pm MST) remote but based in Salt Lake City.
