๐ผ About This Role
You'll handle inbound calls and emails from customers to place orders, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot service issues for MetTel's products. You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive client experience and will collaborate with leadership to improve processes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
- Document all call information according to standard procedures.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years customer service experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work swing shift (11am-8pm MST) remote but based in Salt Lake City.
