🎯 What You'll Do

• Enable and certify partner technical resources on Datadog
• Conduct joint business planning and review sessions
• Support end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value
• Advocate for partner technical concerns with internal teams

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years in a customer or partner facing technical role
• Hands-on experience in IT Development or Operations
• Experience in Observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, etc.)
• Proficiency in Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba)

• Previous experience supporting channel partners
• Experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools
• Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
