💼 About This Role

You'll join Malt's Global SDR team to fuel European expansion, generating and qualifying high-quality leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry response. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, launching the sales cycle and ensuring a robust pipeline for Account Executives.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute high-volume multi-channel outbound sequences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond with high reactivity to inbound inquiries from web forms, demos, and events.
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification using Pain, Urgency, and Fit framework.
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and pass qualified leads to Account Executives.

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a high-activity sales or prospecting role.
  • Native-level proficiency in German and full English proficiency.
  • Experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
  • High-level education in business, communications, or related field.

  • Experience with multi-channel outreach platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
