🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage resident complaints and mediate resolutions with empathy.
• Oversee delinquency notices and financial follow-up support.
• Coordinate leasing workflows and generate documents in Entrata.
• Lead community events and reputation management initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in property management or resident services
• Entrata or similar property management software proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Microsoft Office and social media platform proficiency

• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Background in student housing
