🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire sales teams across multiple rental facilities
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales representatives
• Conduct monthly sales reviews and territory analysis
• Monitor and improve fleet utilization and sales metrics

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of rental industry experience in a management role
• Proven outside sales history or sales management experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
