💼 About This Role

You'll facilitate Cognitive Behavioral Interventions classes for inmates in a state prison setting. You'll support the community by delivering face-to-face rehabilitative programming in the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program. This role offers training and experience in a teaching and therapeutic community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate evidence-based CBI classes for participants.
• Conduct individual sessions to develop release action plans.
• Evaluate and document participant progress in ARMS.
• Engage participants daily and reinforce group norms.

📋 Requirements

• Current AOD registration with a DHCS-approved organization.
• Obtain AOD certification within 5 years of registration date.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
