You'll join Anduril's ⚡Surge engagement team to proactively source top-tier Systems engineers for critical roles across the company. You'll leverage data-driven sourcing strategies and AI tooling to identify, engage, and nurture passive technical talent. 🎯 What You'll Do

• **Identify** passive candidates via social media and market research
• **Engage** talent with tailored messaging and build relationships
• **Develop** robust candidate pipelines for critical technical roles
• **Analyze** sourcing metrics to optimize strategies and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
• Understanding of modern tech stacks and development processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup or defense industry experience (AAV, UAS, weapons)
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, and AI sourcing tools
• Self-sufficient and proactive with strong ownership mentality
