🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers
• Track and evaluate quarterly revenue targets
• Coach AMs on strategic account plans
• Hire, onboard, and develop top talent
• Partner with cross-functional leaders

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing high-performing teams
• 5+ years in account management within adtech/martech
• Deep understanding of RTB and programmatic advertising
• Hands-on experience with DSPs and Ad Networks
