🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations to match supply and demand
• Craft and execute quarterly and yearly roadmaps for Hospitality performance
• Collaborate with data science to forecast labor needs and optimize models
• Manage worker acquisition and re-engagement funnels

📋 Requirements

• 3-4+ years in strategic consulting, finance, or startup role
• Cross-functional project management experience
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
