You'll lead Speak's LA video production studio, establishing a distinct visual standard across all video lessons while managing studio operations and team. You'll implement a cohesive style through operational oversight and pilot AI tools to improve post-production efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee execution of creative style through operational oversight
• Attend shoots to provide strategic oversight and creative direction
• Document creative standards and workflows in a comprehensive style guide
• Identify and pilot AI tools to improve post-production efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Working knowledge of the full production pipeline including pre-production, shoot-day, and post-production
• Proven ability to define and execute a visual style across video content
• Experience commanding a set and redirecting talent mid-take
• Genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI tools into video production workflows
