You'll drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic SLED Enterprise accounts in the New England territory. You'll build your own pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model. This role is critical to our growth in the SLED Enterprise segment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence for pipeline generation.
  • Conduct deep discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Craft and deliver tailored value storytelling demos and presentations.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations to close multi-year consumption commitments.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying success in complex SLED Enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
  • Track record of executive-level presentations and demos tying capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Experience landing multi-year, high-ACV contracts while protecting margin.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience at an open-source or developer-centric infrastructure company.
  • Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, traces) or security analytics (SIEM/XDR).
