💼 About This Role

You'll own security as SafeLease adopts AI, designing guardrails for LLM use and citizen development. You'll run the infosec program including identity, access, secrets management, and SOC 2 compliance. This role offers high discretion and a chance to shape security in a fast-growing, AI-forward company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set security standards for LLM, MCP, and agentic tooling
• Run identity, access, secrets, endpoint, and vendor management
• Build guardrails for citizen developer access and PRs
• Handle SSO, MDM, laptop provisioning, and office network

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in security engineering or application security
• Hands-on with cloud security (AWS preferred), identity, and modern app security
• Working knowledge of LLM-based system failures like prompt injection
• Comfortable shipping code in Node, Python or similar

• Experience with regulated industries (insurance, finance, healthcare)
• Hands-on IT/MDM work
• Active use of AI-powered dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
