💼 About This Role

You'll be a key part of The Scion Group's student living team, responding to maintenance requests and ensuring property safety. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and property functionality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests in **Entrata** and CMMS systems
• Perform routine maintenance: appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electric
• Inspect vacated apartments and coordinate repairs for turnovers
• Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and systems

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand 8+ hours

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of Entrata or CMMS systems
