- Handle non-technical support inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
- Own your ticket queue and meet SLA targets.
- Apply consistent ticket tagging for reporting.
- Contribute to FAQs and knowledge base articles.
๐ Requirements
- 2 years of customer support at a SaaS company.
- Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
