  • Handle non-technical support inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
  • Own your ticket queue and meet SLA targets.
  • Apply consistent ticket tagging for reporting.
  • Contribute to FAQs and knowledge base articles.

  • 2 years of customer support at a SaaS company.
  • Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
